Return & Refund Policy

At 2Trendy, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging including any accessories, tags, or promotional items that were included.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Yazzy@2trendy.online with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened hair extensions

  • Hair care tools that have been used

  • Final sale or clearance items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
